“GUEHI GUNNING FOR GLORY! Crystal Palace’s Star Defender’s BOMBSHELL INTERVIEW: We’ll FACE Manchester City with FIRE in Our Bellies and TAKE THE WIN – The EAGLES Are READY to SOAR!”

Crystal Palace defender Marc Guéhi is confident that his team can draw inspiration from their recent performances as they prepare to face reigning Premier League champions Manchester City at Selhurst Park.

Despite a tough start to the season, Palace have shown signs of improvement in their last two matches, earning a point against Newcastle United and winning against Ipswich Town. Guéhi believes that these results can provide a boost to the team’s morale ahead of the challenging match against Manchester City.

“We’ve had a tough start to the season, but the team has come together and found a way to gel,” Guéhi said. “We’ve had a lot of new players come in and settle into the way the manager wants us to play. I’m glad we got the win against Ipswich, which was an important win against a good team.”

Guéhi also warned against underestimating Manchester City, despite their recent struggles. “I don’t believe in playing teams at a good time,” he said. “At the end of the day, you’re still playing Manchester City, with world-class players, the champions, and one of the best managers in the world. There’s no good time to play City, but we’ll go into it with confidence and see if we can get a result.”

Guéhi’s comments reflect the respect that Palace have for Manchester City, but also the confidence that they can cause an upset. Palace have a reputation for being a difficult team to beat at Selhurst Park, and Guéhi believes that they can use this to their advantage.

“We’ll go into the game with confidence, off the back of our own performances,” he said. “We’ll see if we can get a result. As a player, as a team, you go into any game feeling confident. There’s no point going into games not feeling confident and not believing that you can win.”

Guéhi also praised Palace manager Oliver Glasner, who has made a positive impact in his first year at the club. “The manager is like a teacher, someone who we’ve all learned a lot from,” Guéhi said. “He’s someone who tries to involve the whole squad in the learning process of the way that he wants us to play. He’s definitely one of the best managers I’ve worked under.”

Glasner’s influence on the team has been significant, and Guéhi believes that he has brought a new level of professionalism and discipline to the club. “He’s someone who is very detailed in his preparation, and he makes sure that everyone knows their role and what’s expected of them,” Guéhi said. “He’s also someone who is very good at motivating the players and getting the best out of us.”

With Glasner at the helm, Guéhi believes that Palace can cause an upset against Manchester City. “We’ll go into the game with confidence, off the back of our own performances,” he said. “We’ll see if we can get a result. It’s going to be a tough game, but we’re looking forward to it.”

Overall, Guéhi’s comments reflect the confidence and positivity that is building at Crystal Palace. Despite the challenges that they face, the team is determined to cause an upset against Manchester City and prove that they are a force to be reckoned with in the Premier League.
