AdminScott Pendlebury is ready to start his 21st season in the AFL, as the 37-year-old has just signed a contract to play for one more year.
Pendlebury already holds the record for the most games played for Collingwood, with a total of 421 games, and now he will continue his impressive career. He is getting closer to the VFL/AFL record for most games played, which is 432, held by Brent Harvey.
With an amazing list of achievements, including two Premierships, six All-Australian selections, and five Copeland Trophies, Pendlebury’s reputation as a Collingwood legend will keep getting stronger.
Pendlebury is known for his top-notch ball handling, calmness under pressure, and great leadership. He has always raised the bar for being professional and striving for excellence. General Manager of List and Talent Strategy Justin Leppitsch said:

Pendlebury’s new contract comes right after his teammate Darcy Cameron announced that he signed a three-year extension this morning.
